April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, a time to come together and raise awareness about the important issue of sexual assault. It is a month dedicated to supporting survivors, promoting education, and working towards a society free from violence.
Let us stand united and break the silence surrounding sexual assault. Together, we can create a safe and inclusive environment where survivors are heard, believed, and supported.
This month, let's educate ourselves and others about consent, boundaries, and the importance of creating a culture of respect. By spreading awareness, we can help prevent sexual assault and support survivors on their journey towards healing.
Join us on April 25th at 4 pm to 6 pm at 11 Westminster St, Lewiston in advocating for change, challenging harmful attitudes, and supporting organizations that provide vital resources to survivors. Together, we can make a difference and create a world where consent is respected and sexual violence is eradicated.
